2. Products & Services
FarmSky sells agricultural drones (DJI & EFT) and related accessories.
All specifications (capacity, spraying volume, RTK, etc.) are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
Prices are shown in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
FarmSky reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times vary depending on stock and courier.
Customers will be notified of tracking once dispatched.
FarmSky is not liable for delays outside of our control.
5. Warranty & Repairs
All drones sold include Warranty Please check this page to know more
Warranty does not cover misuse, crashes, or modifications.
Repairs and spare parts are available via FarmSky Innisfail workshop.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.
Custom orders, batteries, and consumables are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
7. Liability
FarmSky is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by drone misuse or operation outside CASA guidelines.
Customers must ensure compliance with local drone laws and licensing.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
