At FarmSky Solutions, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support. The following policies are designed to give you added confidence and convenience. These policies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and apply to purchases made in Australia.

All returns MUST be sent back to the ORIGINAL place of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • In-store purchases must be returned to the original store.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange under one of the following conditions:

a. Product sustained damage during transit and was reported immediately upon delivery.
b. The product received does not match its original description.
c. Manufacturing defect(s) are found.
d. Change of mind within 30 days for drones and spraying equipment.
e. Change of mind within 14 days for accessories and spare parts.

Note: If exchanged to a lower-priced product, the difference will be provided as store credit.


2. Return / Refund / Replacement / Repair

You may request a return, refund, replacement, or repair under the following conditions:

a. Minor failure: If a product fault is found within the warranty period, FarmSky or the manufacturer will repair it within a reasonable timeframe. If not repaired in time, you may choose a refund or replacement.
b. Major failure: You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or return if a major fault is found within the warranty period.
c. Major fault found within 14 days of purchase may qualify for immediate replacement (subject to stock availability).
d. If an exchanged product still contains a manufacturing defect, you may request a refund, replacement, or return.
e. Refunds may be issued if delivery is delayed by more than 14 business days, or if deemed lost in transit by the courier.
f. Change of mind returns: Accepted within 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to new products that have been activated, and a 10% restocking fee applies to ex-demo products.


3. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be processed if:

a. Damage sustained in transit was not reported within a reasonable timeframe and without present of delivery driver .
b. Change of mind is requested after 30 days from receiving the product.
c. Product is returned without all original packaging, accessories, or has visible damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
d. Proof of purchase is missing, forged, or tampered.
e. Product shows no manufacturing defect after testing by FarmSky or the manufacturer.
f. Damage was caused by crash, misuse, unauthorized modification, or entry of foreign substances (e.g., water, oil, sand).
g. Serial numbers, labels, or seals have been tampered with or removed.
h. Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, extreme weather, or lightning strike.

Note: FarmSky Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
