At FarmSky Solutions, all DJI Agras drones and accessories are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

B1560/B800 batteries: 1,500 cycles or 12 months
Key wear items: 3–6 months
Consumables & accessories: 15 days

Coverage applies to manufacturer faults/early failures only. Damage from crashes, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors isn’t covered.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear/consumables beyond their stated coverage period
  • Damage from crashes, misuse, improper installation/operation, or unauthorized modification
  • Ingress/contamination (water, oil, sand, etc.) and external events (fire, flood, lightning, severe weather)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather proof of purchase and relevant serial numbers.
  2. Contact FarmSky Solutions or submit directly to DJI. We may request flight logs, photos, or video.
  3. Products are inspected by DJI or an authorized service centre. Approved claims receive repair, replacement, or refund per ACL.
